like transferring or turning utilities on often get overlooked.
- We represent you at closing! We will be with you at closing
to make sure things go smoothly right up to the end. We will review
your settlement statement and closing costs to make sure the figures
are right.
- We arrange for the keys to your new home!
- We will follow up afterwards to make sure you are happy with
